Final supporters
In recent years, DK permanent staff have received below-inflationary pay rises. Last year, in acknowledgement of difficult market conditions, we agreed to a percentage rise that was, in real terms, a pay cut. This has placed significant pressures on staff living in, and commuting to, central London.
We, the undersigned, seek a real pay rise for 2019, at least in line with measures of inflation, representing a fair remuneration for the hard work DK staff have put in over the past 12 months in attempting to reverse the fortunes of our business and turn a profit.

DK management is still hiding behind the silence while we struggle to keep up with the cost of living. They expect us to turn their profits into record numbers while they effectively shrink our paychecks. Keep the pressure on them because they clearly think we will just roll over and accept this insult.

FINALLY. We've been working our backsides off trying to turn this place around and we have nothing to show for it.
Please include contractors in your negotiations. They have rent and bills to pay too!

everything in london is getting so expensive, my commute is almost costing more than i make at this point.
