In recent years, DK permanent staff have received below-inflationary pay rises. Last year, in acknowledgement of difficult market conditions, we agreed to a percentage rise that was, in real terms, a pay cut. This has placed significant pressures on staff living in, and commuting to, central London.

We, the undersigned, seek a real pay rise for 2019, at least in line with measures of inflation, representing a fair remuneration for the hard work DK staff have put in over the past 12 months in attempting to reverse the fortunes of our business and turn a profit.
