Puget Sound has a responsibility to invest in a way that's both environmentally and socially responsible. There should also be divestment from anything that supports the prison-industrial complex. Investments from Puget Sound being redirected is a good marketing opportunity to improve the university's reputation, but it can also urge other institutions to follow suit and make responsible investing the new normal.

Undergrad and now grad student. This is important. You control a lot of money. The coal and oil companies may not miss it, but it's important to us you do the right thing.

I am a neighbor of UPS. Please take the right path and show an example. Show that you are dedicated to protecting the future of the young people you purport to care for.

250 signatures! Nice work everyone. Let's let the Board of Trustees know that we want to make a difference. Our education isn't worth anything if we don't have a planet to practice it on. Move the University of Puget Sound beyond fossil fuels!

This is dishonorable. I won't donate another dime until I see this change.
