Why set specific rules down, yet let some bands break those rules? "Almost Kings", the winning band, broke numerous rules and should be disqualified. It's totally unfair to all the other bands who had stressed to make it a point to follow all the rules and be truthful. There really is no point of having rules if you're not going to enforce them. First of all, this was supposed to be a "Garage Band" contest, which "Almost Kings" is technically not. They have been on tour and gained their fair share of money from it. Secondly, the bands were asked for a live performance video. The video this band submitted was not a live performance, rather clips of their live performances, with a studio track playing over top of it. This does not constitute a live performance. Finally, the rules clearly state to abstain from using vulgar language or any obscenities. They disregarded that rule at least twice. These aren't the only rules this band has ignored, although they are the main ones. We sincerely ask CBS to reconsider the outcome of this contest. It's completely unfair to let "Almost Kings" win, when they've broken so many rules.
