If the OST received money from the US Government based on every ENROLLED Tribal member including those of us that live OFF the Reservation We should be included otherwise the OST will prove they are crooked and greedy by using our Unumbers to get funds and keeping it for themselves.

People who live off the rez need help too, we are too often overlooked when we are just as much tribal members as those who live on the rez. I know so many who are struggling who could use the help and it is not right to use us for funding and then keep us from benefitting. Please consider this and do what's right.
Some of us got off the Rez to go further in life, Sometimes it’s tiring when you do it by yourself this would be a boost for everyone off Rez you never know who really is going through a hard time out in this big world
I signed this but I doubt anything will happen. The tribal council and president ignore us members who got an education and trying to show this country that we Oglalas no matter where we live, stand for our native rights for all.

President Killer and to the 2021 OST Council. Please make HISTORY AND DO WHAT IS RIGHT! Each tribal member $3000. We live off the Reservation and have water bills trash bills.
