Due to what we believe is a gross paperwork error, Leonardo Augelli’s Green Card has been terminated and his request for Permanent Resident status has been denied. Leonardo is a hardworking contributing member of society who is married to a US citizen with whom he has a 3-year old daughter, also a US citizen.

For those who dont know us, i would like to share some information with you.
For starters, I filed an application with the uscis. They sent me a receipt saying they were proecessing it and extended his stay here for a year while it was processed. Now they tell me no such app was filed they have no record
