Didsbury Black Belt Academy. The academy is forced to operate only five hours per day in today’s present climate. We are petitioning to have the academies operation hours extended. At present the academy offers family fitness, dance and martial arts classes. The school would like to operate from 9am-9pm Monday-Friday, and 9am-4pm on weekends. In the days the schools Sister Company Master E Ltd would also offer work-based training such as classroom based security training, sports coaching and teacher training as we are a registered City & Guilds centre. We are also hoping to house job based workshops making us Didsbury’s first job club. Also along with this proposed expansion we will be providing more jobs in the local community.

Need more places like this in Didsbury. Those training courses would be a huge help for people job hunting right now.

This would be amazing for the community. The classes are always so packed anyway so longer hours just makes sense.
