Please Devialet, do not forget you existing customers

Air never worked for me so I am using a Linn streamer as renderer. But that was not what I intended when buying my Devialet.

Not upgrading my 250 until AIR is fixed first!

I loved my Expert 400 but got rid of it in the end because I was so frustrated with Air, and Devialet's refusal to fix it. I would buy it again if it were sorted.

i love my Le 200, but I have been extreme frustrated by the issues with AIR and far more so with the lack of communication and support.

This is absolutely one of the major features being used and has really been addressed so many times - so finally hope Devialet provides a working solution / next generation.

I have clicks in the sound every 1 minute after about 30 minutes of listening through AIR in WASAPI exclusive mode. This is pure software. Please fix it, Devialet.

Why I bought my Devialet Expert ? For SQ but also for the ease of use with no other boxes. So AIR is mandatory. I wish I could have the possibility to stream directly from a tablet, no Pc, No Mac. Waiting for improvement for years now.....

AIR has been a failure since day 1. I mistakenly assumed your company would have the integrity to fix the issue. Ha! you don't even have the decency to respond. I'll be sure to continue to let everyone know that buying this product has been beyond frustrating and a flat out case of false advertising... and that is being polite

If LINN as a small Scottish firm can have phenomenal streaming and control capabilities, why cannot a company like Devialet with such proud and influential owners, not be able to provide the standard tools and capabilities, all major brands deliver today. This is more a reflection of the owners respect and commitment.

Everything on my D250 works like a dream except AIR. Why? Please Devialet, fix it and as well, the remote app. What a poor reflection on an almost steller performance.

Devialet should keep their promesses on repairs of the malfunctioning AIR system

AIR is essentially non-functional for a significant proportion of Devialet owners. To market it at all - as Devialet continue to do - is fraudulent and grounds for legal action.

AIR is a joke. Devialet are completely incompetent (at least on the software side) and/or show utter contempt for their customers. AIR never worked for me and I received nothing but fob-offs from customer services who pretend it's a problem with people's home networks! Since we now have Roon RAAT we can easily show that our home networks run fine with any competently written code. I fell in love with the company based on the hardware design, their innovation, and the products looks. I fell out of love due to crappy AIR, poor customer support, poor communication and an obsession with over zealous marketing. I had other problems with my le 200 that Devialet tried to ignore. Now I would never recommend Devialet. I'm glad this petition is highlighting Devialets true colours to the world.

Why should we buy the "Zero" update for a lot of money, if Devialet is not able to solve the AIR issue!? I 'm thinking to change to active loudspeakers and sale my D200 - if Devialet won't us giving a reasonable solution!

I'm a Devialet 800 owner and AIR never really worked for me.
