Please Devialet, do not forget you existing customers

Devialet AIR is a shambles. How Devialet can still market this "solution" is beyond me.

I gave up on Air only a few months after purchasing.... and very disappointed that the iOS app is so limited... feels like a token gesture and nothing else! Very poor!

AIR has never worked for me - AIR3 beta is better - but still not usable - I get random short dropouts or a strange 1 sec "BRPP" noise - renders AIR useless for me

Enough is enough, either fix it or give us an alternative. It is really ridiculous seeing the history of this problem. Maybe this could even get to a legal case in the US?

I agree to with the petition. Make their devices roon ready would be a perfect alternative for me.

If Devialet is not able to fix Air they should make their devices roon ready.

Je ne peux plus utiliser Air pour envoyer ma musique sur mon Dev 400. Multiples problèmes dûment rapportés et sans solution après quelques années. Cette situation qui perdure n'est pas à la hauteur pour une société française de haut de gamme. Vous êtes capable de mieux je crois. Surprenez-nous en utilisant une solution innovante comme Ravenna ou Roon. Merci

I support this petition wholeheartedly. If it is unfixable, the least they could do is let us know!

I agree with this petition. For pieces of equipment worth a small fortune, one would expect a different communication strategy from people who allegedly have the experience of luxury groups as LVMH. Things have to change.

Air using wifi never worked for me and although ethernet worked, I've never been able to get rid of white noise issues...

As other customer noted: I strongly support the sentiments here, in particular with the total lack of sensible communication from Devialet. This is unacceptable. By the way the 'our engineers are working very hard' line is not communication, it is a way to avoid useful communication. Also, with some feedback, I know a few Devialet owners who are also expert programmers and Windows experts etc. Communicate, these guys might be able to help, some of them for the pure pleasure and challenge. You produce superb products Devialet, quite outstanding, but the way you treat customers is quite shocking to me.

I've abandoned AIR and use USB instead. If Devialet at some point manages to make AIR work I may use it again. Devialet should opensource AIR. Then I am certain I would use it...

Multi year frustration .....

First white noise and now blue screens of death caused by AIR drivers even when not playing music!

Bought my 200 to use AIR.....had to then buy another product so that I could listen to my music collection.

I bought my Le 200 on the bias that I would use the AIR input. Never worked satisfactorily, and has resulted in more expense to have an alternative source.

Please Fix Air. I have written several times and received no useful information. Things like this I believe are holding Devialet back and in some cases turning ardent fans into Devialet vocal detractors.

Why don't you open source at least the protocol Spec's? The OdA is the 5th anniversary present for this failed development.
