Please sign our petition to deny parole for Beth Rice. She was convicted of the murder of her Husband Mark Berry Rice in May of 1995. Mark was murdered while sleeping in his home, shot in the head on August 28, 1993. This murder took place with two of their three children in the house. She had him murdered for a $95,000.00 life insurance policy.
She has served 19 years in prison and is now up for parole. She still to this day shows no remorse and thinks she did nothing wrong.
Please sign this petition to keep this cold blooded murderer in prison where she belongs. Mark can not come back so she should not be allowed her freedom.

I have been spending my nights reading through your comments and each story shared reminds me exactly why we cannot let her walk free. The thought of my brother being denied his life while she petitions for hers is something I will fight until the very end.

Keep her behind bars, since Mark can’t be here with his children, siblings, his Mom. & now his grandchildren. Marks children don’t have the ability to share their lives with Mark Mary( Beth) should spend the rest of her life behind bars.
She does not deserve to walk around free when she premeditated her husband's murder for his life insurance. The family deserves peace of mind to know she is paying for that.
She took a mans life for money. She doesnt need to be free to do it to anyone else.
She needs to stay in prison cause she dont have no care in her body for what she done wrong and she killed her husband with two of her kids their she doesnt need to get out...
make her do all of her time. she took away a very special man to alot of people. God Bless the Rice Family
As a survivor of almost same situation you can tell another victim in heart beat I believe she innocent I’m in law school and I’d help her if ever met I’ll pray for her

She is still manipulating even at her place of employment. I have been working with her for the past 2/3 months.
