Judge Kevin Weiss, prevented me from showing the jury my main evidence that proved I was harassed by my superior, which was the picture of the incident. In one of my trials the jury was deadlocked. The judge threatened to keep them overnight if they did not reach a verdict, because he had personal plans for the next day. This same judge threatened a juror who disagreed with the verdict and wanted to leave, to arrest her without talking with her to find out what was happening after 5 hours of deliberation. After Disney prevailed in an unfair and unjust trial the court entered a final judgment against me for $ 118,000 granted this amount to Disney's Executive Melissa Merklinger who was who sexual assaulted and battered me.
