My goal is to obtain 1 million letters of support. Even if it takes a few years. I will take these letters with signatures of support and send them to every representattive in every State. I also believe I can write and submit a Writ of Certiorari to the US Supreme Court.
All the courts in the United States of America need reform. Corruption is rampant. Constitutional rights are being violated every day because Judges have absolute IMMUNITY! People are being arrested and sent to prison whom didn't do anything. People are having protection orders issued whom did nothing. Families are being split and a fit loving parent going without their child in their life. CPS is illegally taking children from parents because they profit! If you are Pro Se it should mean No Way!! From State to Fed court complaints are being dismissed if you are Pro Se even if legit. The State takes your filing fee as well as Fed Court then dismisses your claim. I call this stealing $. If your constitutional rights are violated courts have no legal right to dismiss your case. You are entitled to redress.
Corruption is rampant. I propose that Judges do not have immunity if they violate your constitutional rights. I believe there would be less violence and crimes in this country, happier citizens, happier families if Judges did not have absolute immunity.

My constitutional rights have been violated from Family Court up to Appellate Court to Supreme Court. I am a citizen in this Country with no rights.

I can only accept via email letters that have a written signature and address PO Box okay. This is needed to prove each signature is real upon submission to the Congressmen and women of this Country.

I was denied due process, my child was fraudulently taken from my custody (where i have been deemed a fit parent where i share joint custody of my older children with my ex) my daughter was taken with assistance of Judge Crouch and LeeAnne Quattrucci in New Hanover County, NC. My daughter has been held hostage since June 10, 2014 by this Judge and Attorney - (these two took my then 3yr old to a garage and assisted in keeping her there for months - where the man that she was with, took another girl and got her pregnant - all the while sleeping with both girls in the garage ) My daughter has had no contact with me, her mommy or siblings - for NO reason at all! Judges and attorneys collude, laws are ignored, and people die because of it daily.
Family Court judges do not listen to any evidence of false allegations against a father. They are a waste of taxpayer money and violate the rights of alienated parents.
Judges DO NOT serve a useful purpose to the people. Their master is the system.
Yeah, I did some research on that amendment. The most diabolically brilliant coup d'état that reversed the freedoms gain by the revolution. Keep in mind, In England you could sue the King in the court of Chancery (1769 Blackstone Ch:7). http://www.theeleventhamendment.com/

These people who have been put in such an authoritative position need to be held accountable for destroying families, and the lives of children and parents on a daily basis.
