Demanding better & stable uncapped Internet Service/Bandwidth from GTT & ATLANTIC WIRELESS on the Essequibo Coast.

Reasons include
1. Internet Service is very slow
2. Data is limited - Capped.
3. Very costly for what receive
4. Paying same as the entire country but receive only 25% speed/data.
5. Do not recieve reimbursement for loss data due to faulty service/equipment.
6. Poor customer service.
7. Sloat in maintenance.

I was just sitting here staring at another buffering screen and it really just blows my mind how we are expected to pay those astronomical bills when the connection is practically non-existent. People have been messaging me about their own equipment disasters and it honestly feels like we are all just shouting into the void while GTT and Atlantic Wireless keep collecting our money for service we barely have.

I really never thought this would gain so much ground but here we are and it is honestly wild to see everyone coming together because the internet on the coast is just abysmal right now. Maybe now someone in charge will actually listen to us instead of ignoring the constant outages and those ridiculous data caps.

GTT is a very disrespectful company to the average Guyanese living outside of Georgetown. Taking money for internet service. Email cannot open in a whole hour. Service Reps cutting off calls when I'm reporting. All previous calls to report were told "being looked into" with no results. AWN is not any better actually worst, disrespectful and robbing also.

Extremely poor service. Whenever i paid early because the due date will fall on a weekend or holidays . I always get disconected. It's until i called to them then later in the day i would reconnect get reconnected. If i should sum up the amount of time i dont get the service it's like 1 week in every month.

The internet and cable Tv providers aren’t providing the quality of service we’re paying for ,gtt have an LTE internet in Essequibo and when you call to seek help the representatives have no clue about this internet and they keep pushing you around rather than solve the problem.

I’m in supportive of Mr Mohan petition. My family lives in Essequibo and it’s so hard to keep in contact with them. Always the calls keeps reconnecting and a lot of drop calls. This is unsatisfactory. Technology is so advance all over the world and yet Essequibo going through this.
