We demand for a transparency investigation and a solid solution.

We as a buyer, request that the developer, the third party whom conducting the investigation & as well as dbkl to be transparent and hope that all the task given can be settle according to the time frame & report must be prepare as complete as possible without any party altering the content og the report.

As the developer, it is your duty and responsibilities to ensure the safety and continuity of the project for the buyers. We assert that transparency is crucial, and buyers are entitled to clear and comprehensive information regarding the status and resolution of these issues.

I demand for transparent updates and reports.

As the first home buyer, we request a solution and steps that will be taken to resolve this issue. If you can’t provide a satisfactory solution, kindly allow us to withdraw/pull back our purchase/contract. We are extremely disappointed by the lack of response and updates. I often wonder, if this issue had not gained public attention, whether the developer would have addressed it without compromising the rights and safety of the buyers. This issue affected many buyers who placed their trust in you. For many of us, the money invested is hard-earned, and we are facing the financial burden of paying both rent and mortgage simultaneously. We understand that you are under pressure, and we (buyers) are facing similar challenges. We hope this matter will be given the urgency it deserves. Thank you.

No any update from Developer

It has been over a week since we raised our concerns via email to the developer, along with the public statements from DBKL and the developer. We are demanding greater transparency while awaiting the 2-week timeline mentioned by the developer. Please provide an update on the current status of the house, as this has created a lot of questions and uncertainty.
