Demand Transparency and Safety Assurance for J​.​Satine Building

We need the developer to be transparent with us. We has been waiting the report for 4 mths. We want to know what steps developer takes to solve this issue. Developer should take responsibility by providing us with all necessary updates and please don't burden the buyer

Apa status jsatine ni dah 3 bulan lebih projek tak jalan..saya buyer nak tahu apa jawapan Dari pihak tertentu tolong jelas kan isu projek jsatine ni..

1. No proper updates on the building progress. 2. Management doesn’t seem to care on the issue. 3. Interest loan payments still needs to pag by buyer eventhough no progress 4. Jakel/PV should deal with bank to stop receive payment from buyer unless building is following the progress plan. 5. When I asked CFO that the issue not major issue but why no working as planned ?

I need proper justification and time to time update from jsatine and also related parties. Totally disappointed the way things be handled and as a buyer I'm paying monthly without fail. At least by weekly need to send update to buyers to lessen their worries and ask for other expertise to overcome the issues pertaining.

May I know what's been going on? We pay monthly but there's no progression at all. That day y'all day wait for 3 months but it's over but DBKL haven't released the statement yet.
