urgently request a meeting with the developer regarding the incident at the J.Satine work site, which led to a stop work order being issued on 8 November 2024. Based on updates from volunteers of the Purchaser's Task Force, who have been actively engaging with the authorities, we understand the following: ● Foundation settlement has compromised structural integrity in several areas. ● The investigation report submitted to DBKL was deemed inadequate and has undergone multiple revisions. The latest version was due on 28 January 2025. ● Non-destructive and soil tests are still being conducted to determine the root cause, but no clear resolution or timeline has been provided thus far. ● The Mayor is expected to issue a public statement soon, but buyers remain uninformed about corrective measures and the status of the project. It has now been over 3 months since the project was halted, which is causing grave concern among all buyers. This prolonged uncertainty is having a significant impact on buyers in terms of safety, finances, and expectations for the project’s completion. We are writing this email to avoid making assumptions and to seek clarification directly from the Developer. As the developer, it is your duty and responsibilities to ensure the safety and continuity of the project for the buyers. We assert that transparency is crucial, and buyers are entitled to clear and comprehensive information regarding the status and resolution of these issues. We demand full transparency and an immediate meeting to discuss the next steps, safety assurances, and the impact on buyers. Please confirm a meeting within 7 days from the date of this email. Failure to respond will compel us to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities.
