The Trust in the ADS National Board is non-existent and the Board continues to dismiss and disenfranchise the members and abuse its power and wasting our own funds.

Dear Community Members,
The ADS National Board has been all but Transparent and Truthful. Below is a list of some of their true accomplishments:
1. Rigged 3 national elections and the 4th is coming up
2. Denied the chapters access to their members lists
3. Expelled so many members who are critical of the Board
4. Injected 400+ secret/unknown members to vote
5. Rid the ADS of more than 100 volunteers at national committees
6. Spent more than $100,000 on lawyers and lawsuits
7. Lost more than $350,000 in 3 years
8. Lost at least $136,000 in the 2016 Convention
9. Destroyed the charitable affairs
10. Destroyed the ability to raise money for the Society
11. Destroyed the regional fall convention
12. Destroyed the regional spring convention
13. Destroyed the scholarship program
14. Destroyed the religious curriculum
15. Destroyed the retreats
16. Disenfranchised the Teens
17. Disenfranchised the Youths
18. Cannot maintain a secure ADS website
19. Did not allow chapters presidents to join national committees
20. Lost 6 of 10 board members
21. Disqualified members who are critical of the Board from running in elections
22. Terminated memberships of respected Lifetime Members of the Society
It is time that we dismiss this Board and start anew. Please sign this petition demanding this board to resign and to spare what is left of the ADS.

I'm signing this petition, because we are at a dead end with the current national board, After numerous attempts to resolve the issues mentioned , and it always falls on deaf ears. Enough is enough we owe it to our children to take back our community and move forward in building a community that one day they'll proud of.
It is time to move forward and elect a new Board to steer our community to a better future. At this current situation we are stuck in mud and sinking slowly only making everything worst. Let us put our hands together and rise again to better our ADS community. God bless the American Druze Society
This ADS body has been ailing for quite some time and we can no longer keep rescitating this malfunctioning heart. It is high time that this body gets a heart transplant.
Thank you for your time NB, but it's time to resign and give the chance to others!
We should have done this long time ago when Nidal was in power. We have to go all the way to get rid of this board and share any occurring legal expenses.

I am for whatever can be done to get the ADS back on the right track. My major concern whoever, is not alienating anyone and passing on a more welcoming and inclusive ADS. This board has been given countless opportunities to act in proper and transparent way that restores trust and dignity. This NB board is either unable or unwilling to change and the result is the same. I do hope that they do the right thing and resign but if they don't, we should not stop here?
