I am for whatever can be done to get the ADS back on the right track. My major concern whoever, is not alienating anyone and passing on a more welcoming and inclusive ADS. This board has been given countless opportunities to act in proper and transparent way that restores trust and dignity. This NB board is either unable or unwilling to change and the result is the same. I do hope that they do the right thing and resign but if they don't, we should not stop here?

I'm signing this petition, because we are at a dead end with the current national board, After numerous attempts to resolve the issues mentioned , and it always falls on deaf ears. Enough is enough we owe it to our children to take back our community and move forward in building a community that one day they'll proud of.

It is time to move forward and elect a new Board to steer our community to a better future. At this current situation we are stuck in mud and sinking slowly only making everything worst. Let us put our hands together and rise again to better our ADS community. God bless the American Druze Society

I wish I didn't have to see such a petition nor feel compelled to sign it. But, the situation is so grave for the community as our society affairs are trending downward, and time has proven that there is no serious attempt by the NB, or the NB doe not have the ability, to change course despite all the appeals/efforts from community members and promises by the NB that never materialized. Thus, we are left with the only choice to raise the voice knowing well that signing this petition, without further action, is simply a cry and will not result in any change unless every individual on the NB feels the acute responsibility towards the community, put his/her ego aside if it exist, acts selflessly, and declares his/her resignation to make way for a change for the benefit of this community, including him/her self. now and in the future. My last appeal to our brothers and sisters on the NB, an appeal to you as part of this community, to your conscious and care for this community, please act selflessly,, and have the inner courage to make the hard decision to make way for a positive change. I am sure that such a step will be admired, appreciated and respected by the community, and thank you for putting time to serve irrespective.

Personally, I have nothing against any NB member or president, but I think the National ADS have failed these past few years by maintaining and even encouraging a culture of suing its members. I stayed far from the ADS and unfortunately I have asked my children and relatives to stop thinking about volunteering or becoming a part of the ADS because I do not want them to be sued for whatever reason. This is not the Druze culture. In my opinion, the current NB should resign because they have not been able to fix the problems within the ADS. They should give a chance to new members to lead that doesn't belong to neither side and they are plenty. Note: When I said I asked my children/relatives to stay away from the ADS, I meant the National chapter. We are very close to the local ADS chapter in Michigan and we regularly volunteer in most events and picnics. I cannot wait until we resolve all these issues and our organization is back on its feet. This ADS body has been ailing for quite some time and we can no longer keep rescitating this malfunctioning heart. It is high time that this body gets a heart transplant.

We should have done this long time ago when Nidal was in power. We have to go all the way to get rid of this board and share any occurring legal expenses.
