I also urge that Nick Simper, Tommy Bolin, and Joe Lynn Turner be inducted as well.

I am still under the impression from reading different articles that Nick Simper being excluded was an oversight. Some articles, he's included, others, he is not. Only the R'n'R Hall of Fame knows for sure. Regardless, he SHOULD be included as he was in the ORIGINAL line-up. Steve Morse has been in the band for 22 years this year, and Don Airey for nearly 14 years, plus time stepping-in for Jon Lord when he was recovering in 2001. Both these excellent musicians and gentlemen have been an extremely valuable part of Deep Purple longer than many members on the induction list. They SHOULD be included! It' s the ONLY proper thing to do.

Steve Morse, longest serving DP guitarist and Don Airey an accomplished replacement, deserve to be inducted along with the elder statesman of the band.

All members of D.P are big in D.P and outside .D.P related . A big part of musicality history . So Its a big shame and disgusting Don , Steve and Nick not included . They should be
