As Gems Parents, we demand the Gems Management to provide schools with an Across-the-School Fees Reductions.
Your Means-Test Approach is unfair and this Relief Fund offer is nothing but a sugar-coated Charity.
Pls understand we are Paying parents of the school and don’t want to be Mr. Varkey’s philanthropic cases.
1. It is not a question of whether we may or may not be able to pay.
2. At the beginning of the term, we signed-up to pay the full fee against a fully functioning school and all its facilities.
3. The school fees is simply unjustified and the E-Learning platform is definitely not worth the price.
It is shameful to see Gems touting their charity efforts in front of parents, instead of stepping up to understand the reality of the situation.

Gems Management continues to hide behind their insulting charity narrative while ignoring the fact that we are paying customers for a service they failed to deliver. Their silence is a calculated insult to every single family who refuses to be treated like a charity case for their PR stunts. We are not backing down until they acknowledge that their fees are unjustified.

Requesting to provide some reasonable discount on school fee not only who is getting directly affected due to adverse impact of COVID -19, but also to all the students in general as they are not getting similar quality of education via remote learning.
Kids are not using all the services, now that they are homeschooling. No water, no electricity, no wifi, no cleaning services,:no wear and tear of buildings. The costs to the school are now low, so why still demanding payment for services not rendered.
The current situation needs schools to go reasonable with school fee . In good times everyone has made profits so everyone needs to take a hit . Time for gems to reduce their profit margins , will not harm them but will help families to cope up
We pay for fully functional school, operational facilities, face to face coaching and after school activity. The school pays teachers in full which is fine but all other operational cost have gone down. Testing parents on means is so undignified.
We demand for fee reduction since the responsibility is shared and just sending ppt is not helping in learning. We parents have to sit and explain but still that’s not equal to professional teacher and hence request for fee reduction and not a charity.
The school has been transferred to our home. You should in GEMS give us salaries. The refund of 3rd semister and fees reduction is must

It doesn't come down to how much you are earing a month!! Thus is about how the quality of the schooling our children are receiving has gone down simply because we tired parents are in charge of their learning! This is outrageous to say the least!!
