Please reduce the fee, since we are un able to pay the fee during this pandemic. Reason being due reduction in the parents income.

Definitely school should refund some of the school fee. Yes kids on E-Learning but to be fair what ever they do it is not like when they go physically to school because they aren’t using any of the school facilities were it is not helping at all.. children are depressed and families are putting a lot of effort to help their kids.. due to the situation price is not worth it

I have two kids studying in the same school. I am in agreement with the statement. As a parent If discount is given we could do Charity on our own. School supposed to do charity independently, not with fee collected from parent.

Gems is the biggest educational group in Middle East and opening up in India on large scale .At this difficult times they Gould not go for mean test to reduce fees. Their demand to not disclose the discount percentage is another game — r they trying divide and rule here. We parents are your customers if you don’t keep your customers happy you would loose them, I believe it’s better to loose some profit than losing your customers for once and all . There are many other options available Homeschooling for juniors Open schools for senior kids All are e learning we could opt for any Decide it before it’s too late . Customer is always know to be the king Please don’t make us feel like beggars.

The fees reduction should be across the school and for all the students.

My husband got salary cut since 1st April 2020. Gems should offer good discount please in such times and stop threatening us almost daily to stop kids learning.
