My case alone should be enough to solve this problem, They gave my mother the wrong antibiotic medicine on July 4th last year and when I tried to stop it they kicked us out at 4 o'clock in the morning without our consent and pushed my bedridden mother out in a wheelchair naked all the way to my car and we rushed her to Grandview and they said one more dose of that antibiotic she would be dead, the funny thing is RMC denied this but I have everything on video. My mother has been in and out of different hospitals since then and still isn't well. They fried her brain.

Anyone in charge of a needle should have extensive knowledge of how to do so and adequate supervision before being allowed to draw blood. Nurses and anyone who come into contact with patients need training on how to deal and talk to patients professionally and kindly. Food service needs better menus and more inclusive options for vegan/vegetarian, gluten free as well as allergen free as there are zero options available.

I have only seen the way the staff and the building have gone down so fast. Since the new owners have taken over the place has really gone to the dogs, so to speak. Honestly I wouldn't talk my dog there. That's how disgusting the place looked. The floors were dirty, the bathroom in the ER waiting room was filthy. I have never seen it in this condition before. I recently had taken a bad fall amd no way did I go there. I opted to go to Gasden Regional. That is wĥat I expect any good hospital to look . The staff at ŔMC in Anniston were no t only rude but threatening that place isn't fit for anyone..

I have a close friend and her daughter (also a close friend) who have been through hell and back because of the negligence and pure ignorance of people who are supposed to be there to help! All because they chose to, out of convenience and personal irritation. That kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting! As a healthcare provider myself, I cannot imagine what kind of person would do or say what has been documented to have occurred in this ER to an autistic (NOT STUPID) patient and her family. It is utterly appalling and heartbreaking to see how far healthcare has fallen over the last several years. WE ARE ALL TIRED, but that doesn’t not give anyone the right to treat people the way this family has been treated. Karma WILL comeback, tenfold!

My husband waited 18 hours to see a doctor for 5 minutes in the Emergency room. Having lived all around the country, I know that is wrong. Communities smaller than Anniston have far better hospitals.

Rmc had me bleeding and projectile vomiting at 6 months pregnant in a waiting room for 8 hours straight, all they did was have me pee in a cup my partner rushed me to Gadsden to be able to be seen (was back in less then 40 minutes) because of their ill staffing and no sense of prioritization I almost lost my daughter that day. On top of that was still billed over 800 for that day when I never made it past the waiting room

I once went, sat there for 12 hours to be told “there is an infection somewhere but we aren’t sure what’s wrong” LOL
