This is a petition for Riot Games to delay the upcoming skin, Pulsefire Shen, for patch 8.11 rather than 8.10, in order to fix the glaring issues pointed out in the skin that bring down the quality and feel of the skin, including:
-In-game model
-Spawn effects
-Weapon models
-Attack animations
-Voice Filter
