been spending a lot of time talking to local groups about what losing this funding would actually mean for the community. its clear that everyone is really worried about the future of the consortium if these plans go through. im working on getting a meeting set up with the council to make sure they see exactly how many people rely on this support.

i cannot believe how much momentum we have built lately. it is clear that people really care about protecting the consortium and that feeling is giving me a lot of energy to keep pushing.

Absolute disgrace. NVSC is vital for newham. Leave them alone.
This is ridiculous. The groups rely on this support. Stop cutting the stuff that actually helps people.
Just another example of the council making things worse for the people who need help most. Keep the funding.
Keep the funding in our community. These groups do the real work that the council ignores.
My local charity group gets so much help from the Consortium. If they lose funding everything falls apart. Please dont let this happen.
