Professional environmental activists are pulling out all the stops to destroy the careers of scientists who dare to suggest the earth's climate is not in peril due to human activity. Willie Soon, Roger Pielke Jr., Judith Curry and others have the data on their side.
Global carbon dioxide emissions have continued to rise, but global temperatures have not risen at all. That is a fact. The science of climate change is not settled, and the actual data is exposing as junk the computer-modeled hypothesis of man-caused global warming.
Soon, Pielke, Curry, and others are among a brave cadre of honest, independent scientists who will state these facts in public. For that "sin" — adhering to the scientific method — the well-funded and organized machine that peddles global warming alarmism is trying to get Dr. Soon fired from the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, and other scientists run out of their positions.

It is quite interesting that the Left is attacking people that are quite moderate in their positions. Scientists by their nature should be curious and forever questioning theory. When I was young I read in history class that the Earth being flat was a settled science. It seems as though the Alarmists have something to fear. Could it be that that the Earth is heading into another cyclical cold cycle and the rug will be pulled from under their settled science.
It is a despicable act to call for these people to lose thier jobs. These climate scientists are obeying one thing, the scientific method in which they were trained. Being utterley sceptical is the default position of science and the scientific method. To question that statement is to question science as a method of investigation, a practice which sadly no longer utilised by the majority of the doomsayers who are activists first, scientists second.
I want honest peer reviewed science advising my government!

Open, inquiring science has always had my support. Thank you for your courage to speak out in the midst of the most corrupt political agenda imaginable. We are forever in your debt. America
