DeerFoot Pointe HOA

They keep going up on HOA fee and we have nothing here. It’s other community that fees aren’t this high and there nice subdivision we don’t have club house so that we can do small gathering additional parking but they keep going up on HOADues

The fees are ridiculous and nothing is being done for them to be increased.. they are also charging fees just to be doing so... these people are petty and u wonder why people are moving in and out!!!

Lower fees PLEASE!!!!

why the increase, nothing has been done to improve the neighbor.

I am signing this petition to lower the dues. We already had to deal with no one knowing who was handling the account for December 2016 and no information to contact anyone directly , then all of a sudden we were hit with a bill with a late fee interest.

Please decrease HOA dues

I agree and things need to change we need better upkeep when it comes to the lots in this community and the kids playground the street and so much more

I agree with what is being said. I also think we should have a club house and fix up the playground and walking trail. I walked it when I first moved here, but I wouldn't dare walk it now.

Hello residents of DeerFoot Pointe Families, this petition will be here until the 19th of February. I also think there should be a clubhouse in the neighborhood for residents to use.

The roads are JUST getting fixed. Other properties own by this company has more for the owners. It is not reasonable to pay more for less.

I agree that the duties of the HOA have been greatly neglected and the neighborhood is suffering because of it. What's the point of having rules and paying to have them enforced when they are being ignored. When there are no consequences for breaking the rules, people ignore them which is clearly an ongoing issue for the community as a whole.

I agree with all of the comments. It is absolutely ridiculous to have us pay such high HOA fees!!!!! Especially since we have NOTHING to show for it.

I am in agreement with the petition. I contacted McKay Mngt in an attempt to understand the increase. Per Ashley, they were provided information from the previous company that we paid $235 last year which is inaccurate. I explained to her that the increase was unjustified being that the park/trail are unkept, the entrance is only kept up every couple of months, and the previous company did not enforce the by-laws regarding home and hard maintenance. In turn, these issues have caused new home not to sell, homeowners are moving out, and there is a negative stigma on the subdivision. Ashley did mention a HOA meeting this spring so be prepared to show up in number and voice your concerns! A petition is great, however, at this point, phone calls and face-to-face interactions may be best. Hopefully, the park can be upgraded to become a real park where you aren't afraid to actually walk the trail or take your kids. We need more amenities and visible enhancements to our subdivision in order to justify a $55 increase in HOA fees. My suggestion is to pick up the phone and call/visit McKay Mngt to VOICE your concerns!!
