Honorable Justice Peter J. Walsh
U.S. Bankruptcy Court for District of Delaware
824 Market Street, 6th Floor
Wilmington, DE 19801
Dear Judge Walsh,
In your letter of March 26, 2009 to Richard Schepacarter, Assistant U. S. Trustee, you ask for consideration of an order seeking to dissolve the existing creditors committee and to create two separate committees, one representing claimants other than TIC owners and the other representing the TIC owners.
I am one of the thousands of small DBSI TIC investors. I invested approximately $375,000 into three DBSI properties included in the bankrupcy filings. I believe that I would be an assett to the new creditors committee representing TIC owners.
I would like you to consider appointing me to the new creditors committee representing TIC owners.
I have asked DBSI TIC investors to sign this petition in support of my appointment.
Thank you for your consideration.
Respectfully submitted,
Dr. Shirley Hill

The momentum behind this request is proving that our position as TIC owners cannot be ignored by the court. Email your representative in the bankruptcy case immediately to emphasize why a dedicated committee is essential for our recovery. Post the link to this petition on your Facebook page to ensure the judge sees the scale of our collective demand.

Please give her a fair shot. I lost my retirement savings in this and need someone to advocate for the little guys.

Having a TIC owner on the committee is just common sense. Why hasnt this happened yet?

It is about time we had real representation. The current setup is a complete mess for all of us.

We need someone on the committee who actually has skin in the game. Shirley knows what we are going through.
