To the Honorable Judge Lamar W. Davis jr. and Mr. Lloyd Whitaker trustee of Dicon. We the undersigned are stockholders of Spongetech Delivery Systems. We wish to express our strongest desire to have the Dicon bankruptcy combined into the Spongetech bankruptcy in New York. It is our belief that neither company can survive without the other. The process we believe would be much more streamlined and cost effective. We also have grave concerns over Ms. Rosalind Nathanial's influence at Dicon. We believe that Ms. Nathanial and Mr. Celia may have designs for a less than favorable outcome of the Dicon bankruptcy.
We would like Your Honor and Mr. Whitaker to move on this as soon as possible so Dicon and Spongetech can emerge from bankruptcy as smoothly and quickly as possible. If you feel we have not demonstrated enough cause for this action please set a date for shareholders and anyone else concerned to appear before Your Honor so that we may better express our concerns. Thank You for your time and consideration.

Do the right thing and merge the cases. Keeping them separate is just a waste of money and time for all the shareholders.
The games being played at Dicon are ridiculous. Unacceptable.
We just want our investment to have a chance. Please look at the mess being made here.
TOTAL SCAM. Need to get to the bottom of this before they disappear with everything.
This needs to happen now. Getting tired of all the stalling and the shady stuff with Nathanial. Just combine them and lets move on.

Combined bankruptcy is the only way this makes any sense. Stop dragging it out.
