David Burrus is facing alleged criminal charges, and is currently under an excessive bond. David has served 19 years in prison for a crime he DID NOT commit. Ironically his bond is set at the same excessive amount, as it was 20 years ago.  His restitution/ obligations to society has been paid. However, our judicial system is not aware of the rehabilitation of this young man. They are unaware of the good deeds, and faithful, loyal character he posses. We need the support of individuals that know of his demeanor.
