Developers are seeking to create an Office Business Center on Daniells Bridge Road on what is now agricultural-residential land. The business park would have two exits, one opposite existing Will Usher Road and the other slightly east of that road. The development will greatly increase traffic on Daniells Bridge Road near a blind curve. Land abutting the site currently is zoned agricultural and residential.
