Frequent outages of broadband and landline telephone on a daily basis along with speed fluctuations, many times its getting to speeds as low as 20-30 KBPS. This is pathetic service for the charges we are paying.

Facing frequent disconnection issues. Also speed is less than specified than plan.

Airtel is advertising for 4G broadband ! Wonder what it is. In Splendour Megapolis , Hinjewadi phase 3, Pune, it is worse than 2G, On the contrary there are daily disconnections of broadband , land line and inetrcoms here. After every day complaints they are not able to fix the problem due to some problem with the server. Wake up Airtel or you are going to loose all your customers in Megapolis as there are many other vendors in the market of today's tough competition.

Airtel broadband and fixed line service in Splendour , Pune Hinjewadi phase 3 area is pathetic. Every day we face disconnection when it is badly needed. In spite of umpteen complaints their technicians are unable to solve the problem due to faulty server. Wondering why Airtel is not taking any corrective action as residents have choice of switching to other vendors easily. If Airtel is professional and wants a big chunk of customers in Megapolis township they better act promptly on this issue.
