Yes, we have been observing from past many days.It disconnects frequently and no reliable for people working from home. Even the phone line goes dead while talking. Very poor performance n as a customer I am highly disappointed.

The disconnections and the outages becomes very freuquent with the airtel broadband service in this area. It is getting pathetic day by day.

most of the time when I need it the most, it says no internet. And every other day there will be new pamphlet at your door with airtel new plans and services, that's more irritating.

The disconnections have been very frequent, tech support doesn't care they are into false promises and mainly getting to a technical support over phone is a long task... The phone lines are always down, again proving Airtel as bad decision for intercom... a security issue as we depend on intercom to connect security and maintenance here @ Megapolis Splendour Hinjewadi Pune.

The Airtel broadband connection problem has become too frequent now a days .. which is hampering our online activities .. Its hightime now to look into the issue and resolve it asap. This is not an individual issue now .. rather a mass of people are getting adversely affected by airtel connection issues .. Looking forward to the quick resolution.

Need urgent attention to quality of service. It took 7 days 2 requests to get my internet connection working after airtel engineer transfered my connection from one house to another in same society.....

This is really strange issue. The internet disconnected for 5-10 mins everyday for 3-4 times. Earlier this was less frequent and used to happen once per day in the afternoon or evening but now its random.
