Airtel connection dropping of more and more frequently. Since telephones also stop working as in same link it's a nuisance. TRAI or relevant regulatory body should mark this as serious issue and make service provider provide good quality of service or charge penalties so heavy that service provider don't get away
With bad service quality. Customers need some good assurance that this will be resolved

we are facing intermittent disconnection for airtel broandband in megapolis splendour. No response from customer care number and always get disconnected. It became difficult to complaint customer care to resolve the issue after prompt payment month by month. Please look into it and resolve it asap.

Service of airtel broadband has gone worse . Frequent disconnection, speed is not as per plan and promise . @Airtel.. Kindly look in to the issue at priority..

The airtel broadband connectivity has degraded over past month and frequent disconnection observed. Need airtel to take responsibility and ensure immediately resolution.

Airtel, please provide service (and server) uptime as committed and as per industry standards and avoid losing customers to Tata Indicom / other ISP. Thanks.

Airtel service is very bad for about a month now. We can not rely on this type of service .

Sudden drops in network connectivity hamper my work. I work in client network that disconnect and entire re-connection process takes very long. I have taken this connection primarily for office work that is being hampered because of these sudden drops in the network connectivity.
Daily disconnection causes frustration. After paying so much no service is given.

It is imperative that Airtel take note of this frequent breakdowns in providing service without dirsruptions .
The Owners of Megapolis Splendour would have no option but but take up this matter with TRAI ( Telecom Regulatory Authority Of India and also a legal recourse for defeciency in service .
Please take a serious view of this matter which is bought to your notice time and again .

Airtel broadband connection in hinjawadi is bad. Gets disconnected most of the time in the day.
