There was not enough evidence to support a good case on charging and finding deandre bernard,17 guilty of murder, but yet the judicial system of Madison,WI has found him guilty without reasonable doubt and sentenced him to mandatory life. I'm not saying its right to go out and murder people by making this petition, but what i am saying is that its wrong to charge an innocent young boy and have him sit in prison for the rest of his life for a crime he did not commit. I'm pleading with you and asking you to please sign this petition for all innocent young and old men in this horrific situation that has fallen upon Deandre Bernard and others in the same situation before its to late.
