Hello students, the topic is about test we took in the D2l Ryerson University, the course QMS 210. However, here is the question: if you think it's unfair that the test timed showed the D2l was 2 hours and 25 minute yet you were not able to move on to the next page after 1 hour and 30 minute please sign here.

I think it’s highly unfair. Because personally I didn’t not look at the TICKING time so for all I could know is that the timer prob did count down from 90 minutes. I glanced at the timer half way through the test and it should me 40 mins left. This technical difficulty occurred from the creator of the test. I use the timer quite frequently to make sure how much time I’m spending on each question. Is students were given two different informations and even if we were told there were 90 minutes for the test, the instructors should’ve immediately sent out an updated information regarding the time expanding that the time 2:25 is incorrect please make sure you complete it in 1hr 30 mins. There was no update, nobody informed us students hence now most of us are suffering.

I was able to submit in time, but my timer also said 2:25 and I just assumed I was granted extra time for my academic accommodations. Conflicting information for test writing duration on the D2L side creates debilitating ambiguity that is costing students significant portions of their marks for this term test, and being told they are at fault. This is unacceptable.
