Your students are asking you to please reconsider the extremely limiting time constraint on the quizzes and exams.
As stated in our e-mails to you and requests to our TA's, five minutes to complete a ten question quiz is absolutely not appropriate and we feel is setting us up for failure.
We are asking for:
10 minutes for 10 question quizzes
60 minutes for 50 question exams
90 minutes for 100 question final
This is an incredibly reasonable request and we believe in the best interest all of the students.
Please give your students a chance to succeed and respect our request.

5 mins for 10 questions is just impossible. i spend more time just loading the questions than actually reading them. please fix this.
The students deserve more time on these tests and quizzes. Being rushed with this time limit is stressful and will just lead us to do bad on the tests.
i heard that the time was given to prevent cheating but literally its a online course if people gone cheat they gone do it. literally nothing anybody can prevent. so please extend the times so we as students can stop stressing
The requested time allotments are the standard amount of time given for each of these assessment lengths at every institution I’ve attended or taken classes at- and I’ve been to 3. It is more than reasonable to allow students adequate time to complete assignments.
Giving us a minute per question will give us enough time to carefully read the question and think of the correct answer. We are already required to use lockdown browser. The majority of our questions are open response and have to be typed which takes time away from us. Please extend the time limits!

how are we supposed to learn the material when we are just racing the clock the whole time? this is biol not a track meet.
