As homeowners and proxys of Cypress Trace, we are contacting the President of the Board and the board members to urgently demand an emergency vote. Our intention is to put a stop to the pink and blue exterior paint colors that have been chosen without proper vote from Cypress Trace residents.

The Board ignored our input for long enough but this growing wall of opposition is forcing them to pay attention. We are not going to let them force these ridiculous colors onto our homes while they sit behind closed doors.

We purchased a home based on the beautiful muted palette colors to match the signage rocks out front and around the neighborhood. We purchased a gray home specifically because I liked the gray best. The pink and blue do not have the classy look we purchased...also this paint is glossy. Previous paint was not. I vote no on colors based on the facts that we were told we would get a vote and did not and that all previous paint jobs were the same colors the unit had always been.
I’m a Walnut Drive owner and this will negatively impact my home value. The pink is atrocious.

We were told we would have a choice of colors and the side by side buildings would be different. The pink is not acceptable and as you drive in our community, all you see is grey- they look like army barracks.
