We're asking that our mail carriers are trained to properly deliver our mail. Along with a zip code, mail addresses have two absolutely parts: (1) A numerical address, and (2) a street address.
Many residents in our neighborhood receive mail that is NOT addressed to them. This occurs daily. Frequently the case is a matching numerical address but ON THE WRONG STREET! We've noted up to 5 different addresses in one day in ONE mailbox. These misdeliveries are frequently not reported to management.
Much of our mail is actually important to us: business mail, government mail, tax forms, prescriptions, etc., etc.
Please train, and insist, that our carriers to do their jobs accurately!

We have no mail some days, when tracking says delivered. Its time to be fixed.
More attention needs to be given to the mail in my community !
This has been ongoing and needs to be resolved! There’s no excuse for this! Very unprofessional!
