The most generous man in San Marcos. He gave and gave to countless people in need and to anyone in the community in need. Our children need to know who this man and what he did for our community
Thats the least the city could do for Mr. Cuevas. That man would help anyone out without asking any questions. He was always willing to donate.. weather it was produce or school supplies San Marcos residents could always count on Mr. Cuevas.
This would be an honor for my late grandfather Tomas cuevas who raised me. He was a loving God-fearing humble man who wanted to make a living supporting his family and helping his community anyway he could. I really hope and pray we can get the school named after him
I remember taking my grandma to cuevas and she had very lil money with her but she'll come out with a big smile and a big box of bananas that Mr. Cuevas gave her.. HIS MEMORIES WILL LIVE FOREVER!!!
The naming of a school in his name would be great. Mr. Cuevas was a man with a big heart and never hesitated to help others, not just in San Marcos but thru out all of Hays County. Mr. Cuevas made countless donations to St. Anthony Marie DeClaret Catholic Church in Kyle.
I believe he would loved that Mr Cuevas was a very kind man and always helped anyone in need
This Man was an amazing. Helped everyone out. Has a Big warning Heart. Gone to soon but will NEVER EVER BE FORGOTTEN. Missing you T.

Mr. Tomas Cuevas Jr. was committed to both San Marcos and its citizens. He was quick to assist those in need and lead by example. Naming a new school after him would be an appropriate way to. acknowledge all that he represented.
