Butchertown is becoming an urban oasis. A new commercial plant (concrete or any other) will be out of place.

We do NOT want a Concrete Plant on River Road. We should be providing incentives for them to move further outside the city (tax or otherwise). It is imperative we clean and protect the River Road area.
