Oppose the construction of a Concrete Plant on River Road

Who's the idiot that wants to put a concrete plant on river rd. Bet they don't live here. Already have enough traffic and big trucks as it is

River Road and the assets between it and Frankfort, as well as the Waterfront, must be protected for the public good. These are quite possibly the most valuable land in our region. More large truck traffic will also further the walkable and bikeable potential between Clifton and Butchertown

Please do NOT allow this business to set up shop so close to the Botanical Gardens and the entrance of Frankfort Av. off River Road. We should be beautifying this area, not industrializing it!!!!!!!

I say no to the proposed concrete plant on River Rd. The trucks destroy the road and the dust is terrible.

I am assuming that you are moving the plant from Frankfort Ave to River Road so that you can make that last section of Frankfort Ave look nicer. Well, we love River Road too and do not think this is a good move. Put it further out or you will be ruining this stretch of road too.

Louis has spent the last 50 years trying to make River Road "a better place". at one time there were many industrial business' on River Road. For the most part they have closed or moved. Let's not bring a Concrete Plant into this area.

The road is already in bad shape and it is a scenic by way no room for a cement plant, please look in an industrial area for that type of business

too much heavy traffic on an already overburdened and worn out road as it is!

The river road area is finally starting to clean up and draw people. This would hurt the area and the environment.

Please do not interfere with river view and add unwanted industrial machines on river road.

The concrete plant should be kept in the industrial part of the river out Dixie Hwy..not where the mayor and citizens have worked so hard to develop parks and premier buildings and business.

There are many places a concrete plant can go besides river road. There is an abandoned concrete plant on Old Cane Run Rd in a more industrial area.

Plenty of industrial areas in town to put this type of business. If we want to grow and expand as a city we need to keep some green spaces and scenic areas in our downtown, historic, and waterfront districts.
