We, the residents of Cross Road, Stanley Road and Garfield Road of E4, together with regular users of Cross Road request that the London Borough of Waltham Forest grant the appropriate exemption from the Road Traffic Regulations to allow cars to park with two wheels on the footway in Cross Road.
The road is way too narrow for cars to pass if we park fully on the street. It caused me so many scrapes and dents already. Just let us park on the curb like we used to!
