Ridiculous decision. If you have a league you should be able to compete in the shield regardless of where you sit. Sort it out BSPA.

was really looking forward to seeing the boys run. really poor showing from the authorities here.
This makes the sport look amateur. Get it sorted.
Let them race! Nobody wants to see teams excluded just because of some petty rule change. Bring back oxford and arena essex.
