An important part of the craft beer industry is independent retailers that support our beers and business

This will be a great asset to Reigate, just look at other areas whee this type of establishment has opened up. This will not be a loud, boozy pub or club.

If you wanted to sell undrinkable coffee they would welcome you. Good luck.

I don't drink but having friends who drink craft beer, I have concluded that this is generally a more civilised habit than that of the usual pub and beer swilling population. .

We are desperate for a venue in Reigate where we can get more than just beers from mainstream national brewers, with the same beers on offer year after year in some pubs. If Four Hops had a licence to drink on the premises it would be real asset to Reigate's high street. Drinkers of quality craft beers are neither young (in general) nor hooligans - the local residents need not worry.

A similar shop in Dorking (Cobbetts in West Street) works well and, as a Reigate resident, I would strongly support provision of an outlet for sourcing craft ale closer to home.
