This petition is requesting a special meeting to restore the services previously provided in Bradford Hall with changes as requested by the residents.
WHEREAS, The Town of Cary advises that providing Physical Therapy services in Bradford Hall does not violate the Town’s zoning laws, and
WHEREAS, providing Physical Therapy services in Bradford Hall is not in violation of Medicare rules according to Medicare and Medicare advisors/experts, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been provided proof of liability coverage which has been deemed adequate,
WHEREAS, a majority of the residents providing input to the Board have requested that Physical Therapy services be provided in Bradford Hall,
NOW THEREFORE, the Carolina Preserve Board is directed to implement the following:
1 - The previous Board decision to not allow any private Physical Therapy services in Bradford Hall be reversed and to now allow private Physical Therapy services in Bradford Hall of the types and in the manner as previously provided in 2016. The only allowed change is to limit the provided services to the Fitness Center, the Indoor Pool room, and the hallway next to the fitness center.
2 – The third table (or its equivalent if not available for return) be returned to the fitness center for the use by the residents.
3 – That Section 3.2.3 of the Carolina Preserve Facility Use Policy (if it was approved) and any other changes affecting the Guest policy made to version 5.1 of the Facility Use Policy also be removed.
4 – That the Board, General Manager, and Management Company/Staff reinstates the 2016 policy, procedures, and requirements for Personal Trainers.

I have been hearing from so many of you about how frustrating it is to travel off-site just to maintain your health. My own mobility depends on getting these services back in Bradford Hall so I am working behind the scenes to address the board directly. Please stay tuned as I prepare to present our request during the upcoming community meeting.

Seeing the community rally behind this cause confirms how much we all rely on having these essential services close to home. This momentum shows the Board that our need for accessible care in Bradford Hall is not just a personal preference but a necessity for our daily well-being.

Having Dr. Joe at Bradford Hall Will be an asset I'm not a hindrance. As we get older I'm sure that one timer or another we will be in need of a physical therapist either due sprains and strains, surgery and falls.
As stated in this petition, I see no obstacles to the return of PT services to BH. In life, there are many physical issues which are encountered. Sometimes PT therapy is needed. It is a benefit to the community and a positive sales point for new buyers who understand that they may need convenient PT services themselves in the future.
I think Dr Rattien is an absolute asset to our community. I cannot understand the decision to remove him based on the majority of residents wanting this service. And since we are a senior community this service is very important to a lot of people. And a service we ALL may need. Please allow Dr Rattien to service our community
My husband, David, and I feel that having PT at Bradford Hall is very beneficial to CP residents, has been beneficial to David, and we would like to see it returned.
I totally support bringing Dr.Joe back to BH. I would also agree to him paying a reasonable amount of money to be used to provide needed equipment for the pool, exercise classes and gym equipment--not to be used by the HOA.
How do I UNsign?? I don't like being hi-jacked into paying for the privilege of signing a petition! If I were handed paper to sign, I wouldn't be paying anything! If I'm going to be sent a bill, do me the courtesy of undoing this whole process. Thank you.
We must be permitted to address issues that divide our Community until a fair and equitable resolution has been met.
