The City Council approved the cover for our pool and we are finally going to have room for year-round swimming. This outcome belongs entirely to the 290 people who stepped up to prove how much this space matters to our community. I am just humbled to have been part of …
Let the City Council hear your voice. Payson community residents want the Payson lap pool covered enabling year round swim lessons, swim team club, therapeutic recreation, and many more activities. Get this on the 2018 November ballot to get our pool covered.
My son suffers from UV Sensitivity Syndrome, he currently cannot go to outdoor pools at all, it would be great if we could have a covered pool, or an indoor pool, even.

This would be awesome. My son is non verbal autistic and loves to come to your pool and having it available year round would be awesome.

When the pool was voted on originally, we voted to have an indoor pool. Found out after we got an outdoor pool that the money went to the golf course instead. We now swim in Provo instead. This would be in the best interest of Payson to get it right this time.

My kids are on the high school swim team and it's a Joke that when the pool closes they half drive to provo to swim. The amount of wasted money on gas and travel time is justification enough in my opinion.

It would give the local (older) kids something to do outside of getting in trouble since they can't skate and also it'll help keep the physical activity up and the video games down during the cold months!

Cover the lap pool ... it is needed! Lap pools within 30 miles are already full throughout all times of the day.

This is something that should have been made available from the start.
