Eugene DESPERATELY needs MANY more affordable housing options than what are currently available!!

YES! but, why can't we just subdivide our lots? SDUs perpetuate the plantation system. It chains the two families into class inequality.

We need as many options for affordable housing as possible and this is a good one.

Yes to ADUs and a diversity of housing options. Eugene has great need for affordable housing, especially for single people. Yes to allowing secondary dwelling units on single residential lots and the creation of cottage clusters, as well.

This is an awesome idea, as long as a repeat of 18th & Ferry Alley doesn't occur.

Please support these Cottage Code amendments. Lane County as a whole has only 1-2% rental vacancies. Backyard cottages make room without destroying neighborhoods.

Today is more challenging for many than ever before and that should be recognized. Hope for a better tomorrow continues to dim. We must do all that is possible to maintain human dignity and give hope for a better tomorrow.

One of the easier steps to take that would make a real difference.

Cottage clusters are a solution to the missing middle.
