Ridiculous zoning laws have made home ownership prohibitively expensive.

I support this and other alternative housing models that provide more affordable and community-oriented housing options.

We have a housing crisis, and we don't solve it by building skyscraper complexes. We solve it neighbor to neighbor.

Please allow more density and limit sprawl. It is the most efficient way to live!

It's past time to ease restrictions on smaller housing types.

The fact that the city is violating state law in just 3 neighborhoods is sad and possibly discrimination. Well-to-do homeowners lobbied to have these restrictions put in place in what looks like a "Not in my back yard" move. Very un-Eugene in my opinion

Please start moving on this issue. Look to Springfield for its cost relief solutions. Urban density can be done right, it will create a viable public transport system (no waiting an hour for a bus or no bus after 8pm) and could be a tangible doable step towards reaching the Climate Action Plan and goals of the Climate Recovery Ordinance. Lets get moving!

Portland is always in the lead. Let's leap frog them and let us become a leader on the front for a safe and walkable Eugene.

Our population is growing . the need for smaller affordable housing is growing. It makes sense to increase urban density by changing regulations on allowances of small dwelling construction.

We need low impact housing like this to serve the needs of different segments of the population. Please change the code to allow SDUs and Cottage Clusters.
