Are you tired of the lines and often poor service at some of the other warehouse stores? If yes, please sign the petition.
Are you tired of driving over an hour to find a Costco? If yes, please sign the petition.
The purpose of this petition is to get as many signatures as possible to support building a Costco in Ocala, FL (or at least in Marion County). Once we have a large number of signatures, the petition will be sent to Costco headquarters showing our support and desire to have them seriously consider building a warehouse that is much more convenient for us all.
Have you ever shopped at the other warehouse stores? Many of us have and almost always we find that the quality of products that Costco offers is superior to all the others. Another important factor is how Costco treats their employees. Why not support and shop at the store that historically treats its employees very well. Costco tends to pay higher wages, which often translates into happy employees and these employees subsequently spend money in the local community.
Lastly, we love the level of service that they have. Compare how fast you can get through the checkout line at Costco compared to other warehouse stores. If you have a return, it is quick and easy.
Join this petition to try to get the attention of Costco Management and try to persuade them to build a Costco Warehouse locally.

With almost 300,000 people in the Ocala commuting area, seems like there would be more than enought to support a Costco, as there is already a Sam's Club here.

Greater Ocala is good location serves a large area of smaller towns. The Sam's here is a older storebut with very good sales. We want Costco in Ocala. Orlando is the nearest stores. 1 1/2 hour drive each way.
