Wawa is an amazing place. It features an excellent gas station experience when refilling your vehicle. Then the store itself is perfectly set up to cater to all of your convenience needs! Ice cold drinks, snacks and sweets, pastries, and most importantly, the delicious sandwiches and hoagies Wawa is famous for! Wawa also offers fresh-made breakfast items, soups of all kinds, salads and wraps!
Wawa also distributes their own brand products, such as: freshly brewed coffee, bottled beverages of all sorts, frozen beverages, lattes and more!
Most importantly, all Wawa's are built in spec with modern/attractive design, kept very clean, and employ generously friendly staff.
Palm Coast is an ideal place for a Wawa, it would fit greatly in one of our many new "town centers" (Target Plaza), (The renovated Old-Publix Plaza), or even in the center of town.
The nearest Wawa is in Port Orange, and has seen great success. Fact is, Port Orange has a population of only 56,048* (2010).. a stark contrast to Palm Coast's 75,180* (2010), and growing population. A Wawa would be a huge hit! It would also give jobs to Palm Coast's many unemployed (Flagler County ranks among the highest in unemployment among the state).
