We are asking Costco to offer halal meat and food options at the new Celina location to better serve the growing Muslim community in Celina, Prosper, and the surrounding area.

Collin County including Celina and Prosper have a significant Muslim population, with estimates placing Muslims at approximately 2% of the county's population.

Costco already offers halal products at its Frisco location, among many other Costco locations, demonstrating that there is an established demand for halal products within Costco's membership.

We respectfully ask Costco to bring a selection of certified halal meat and food products to the Celina warehouse, including halal chicken, beef, and lamb and derivate products like burgers which are available in other locations. This would provide a convenient option for local Muslim families and allow Costco to better serve the diverse community surrounding its Celina location.
